LABDATA 360° does not ask your laboratory to swap out its LIS, clearing house, or identity provider. We speak whatever your LIS and your partners speak: HL7 where the LIS requires it, APIs everywhere a partner offers one, and when a customer needs an interface we do not have yet, we build it with you.
HL7 v2.3 to your LIS
ORM orders out, ORU results back in, ADT patient demographics in from a customer's EHR. Proven at production volume with a national toxicology laboratory. Configurable field mapping per laboratory.
Secure cloud transport
Messages travel through private cloud storage with TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, retry on failure, and a per-message audit record.
Stedi eligibility and coverage discovery
Coverage discovery from demographics and Medicare eligibility checks against CMS, run by lab billing staff from one queue. Fees passed through at cost.
NPPES, PECOS, and OIG
Live NPI lookups from the federal NPPES registry. PECOS enrollment and the OIG exclusion list sync from CMS daily and show on every provider.
Sign in with Microsoft, Google, or Apple
Your customers use the account they already have. Password sign-in is available too, with multi-factor authentication enforced at the database.
Google Places addresses
Address autocomplete on patient and organization records, so ZIPs, unit numbers, and street names are real before the claim goes out.
FedEx pickups
Self-service FedEx pickup links per shipping address, on-demand pickup requests, and recurring pickup schedules with a Workcenter pickup board.
DYMO specimen labels
Print specimen labels with QR code and barcode to a DYMO LabelWriter from the ordering screen. No middleware, no extra login.
Stripe card payment
Client-billed organizations pay invoices by card through Stripe, with paper and check as the fallback. Order disputes and write-offs handled in the same workflow.
Twilio SMS and IVR
Appointment reminders by text and email, and a phone line where a patient can hear their next testing date, provisioned per organization.
Transactional email
Invitations, invoice notifications, results-ready alerts, and appointment reminders, with bounce tracking.
Insurance directory imports
Load payer IDs and plan names from your clearing house's directory. Organizations see familiar names; billing gets the identifiers claims require.
9 PM
Local-time batch send for routine orders, in each organization’s time zone. Priority orders transmit immediately.
At cost
Stedi eligibility and discovery transactions pass through with no markup. You see the same rate we pay.
HL7 or API
We use the API when the partner has one, and HL7 when that is what the LIS accepts. FHIR built per customer when a partner offers it.
